This recipe is very easy to make and will not require you much of your time. You will just prepare, mix the ingredients and bake! You will be using the glutinous rice flour mostly found in supermarkets or groceries. Furthermore, you can also use coconut milk powder that you will just dissolve to a hot water if you don’t have the natural coconut milk. The directions on how you will dissolve the mix powder is available at the back of the sachet. If you have the natural one, it’s better to use because it’s tastier and healthier compared to the mix powder.
You can prepare this recipe at home as a snack or dessert. You can also add this during special occasions like birthdays, festivals, anniversaries and other parties that you will have. It is well known in Asian countries as a part of culture and beliefs. This recipe is sweet, soft and sticky. It is a carbohydrate-rich food, energy giving food and mood boosting food.

2 1/4 cups glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp pandan flavor
2 to 3 tablespoon peanut butter to spread on top after baking
- Wash your hands before baking.
- Prepare your materials and ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 150’c for 10 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients
- After that pour in the baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 150’c.
- After baking, spread 2 to 3 tbsp of peanut butter on top.
- Let cool and serve!
