Easy to make cheesy banana muffins and crunchy banana bread recipe

Cheesy and crunchy banana bread recipes.

There are two recipes included in this post, you can do cheesy soft banana muffins, or you can do a crunchy banana bread!

Both recipes are good snack ideas that are simple and easy to make.

Banana muffin recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Procedure:

  • Wash your hands before baking.
  • Prepare your ingredients and materials.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150’c.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl (all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar).
  • Then mix the wet ingredients in another bowl (condensed milk, evaporated milk or buttermilk, margarine, hot water, vegetable oil, egg and the mashed banana).
  • Combine the mixtures together.
  • Pour in the muffin pan
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 150’c.
  • Let it cool, then serve!

Banana quick bread recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 egg

Procedure:

  • Wash your hands before baking, prepare your ingredients and materials.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 160’c.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl (all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar).
  • Then mix the wet ingredients in another bowl (condensed milk, evaporated milk or buttermilk, margarine, hot water, vegetable oil, egg and the mashed bananas).
  • Combine the mixtures together.
  • Pour in the loaf baking pan
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool, then serve!
