Strawberry vanilla smoothie

Strawberry vanilla smoothie is a drink made from puréed frozen strawberries using a blender, it was added with condensed milk and evaporated milk as its liquid base, and flavored with vanilla. Smoothies that are made with fruits are known as nutrient dense food that helps to subdue food cravings and keeping you away from eating unhealthy foods.

Note: Excessive consumption of food is not good to our health and can bring a negative result or bad effects in our body. Always eat the right kind and the right amount of food.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

  • Wash your hands before the food preparation and prepare your ingredients and materials to save time and effort and to ensure a clean and safe food preparation.
  • Add the frozen strawberries, evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
