Yummy!
Yes! Hope you try the recipes😊
Thank you!
Cheers. Have a great day.
The first time I had zucchini I was eight or nine. My mother’s friend had made a delicious zucchini and rice dish.
I had a cousin who made a yellow squash taste wonderful too.
I have been into healthy eating since my preteens and it so good that the things that are the most nutritious can taste good too.
I enjoy my vegetables without any salt. I do not cook with salt. I use natural herbs and spices to enhance flavor.
Wow! Glad to hear about your memorable experiences…
I just want to ask if the zucchini and rice dish was blended together, or made as one? Or how does it made? I haven’t tried mixing them as one dish…and I think that would be a great recipe 💞
Yes. The zucchini and rice was blended together like a stir fry. The woman had Sauteed the dish. There was some other dashes of things she mixed in.
I am going to ask her next time I speak with her (my mom’s friend who made the dinner). And I will be sure to get back to you.
Wow that’s so delicious!
I will surely try adding it to stir fry instead of eggs…for sure it’s gonna be a good combination! Because it somewhat similar to eggs when it comes to its creamy and delicious taste 😊
