Emotional well-being can help you to achieve much better health, helping you to enjoy life and be happier each day of your life. It helps in preventing emotional triggers like being angry, being sad, having anxiety, fear, and hurt that could trigger or be the reason for getting an illness.

- You have emotional awareness, you know where you should be and how to manage your feelings.
- You can cope easily.
- You are living with purpose and that makes you emotionally healthy.
