It helps to regulate our blood pressure and heart rate. It also helps us to combat stress and mood disorders. According to research, people who are spending more time with nature are usually happier in life, and they are more likely to feel that their lives are worth it. Nature can generate positive emotions and thoughts, such as being calm, joyful, creative, and being able to concentrate better in life.

This pretty man-made tree house is a fantastic reminder that life is something worth exploring.
You can reach the treehouse and be able to see the breathtaking view on top by using the stairs. In life, there is no such thing as easy. We have to try being brave enough in stepping at each level that comes our way, even though it’s scary!

Whenever I go out and spend a few minutes of my time with nature, I usually take photos and keep them. And when I go home, I take a look at it and there’s something that makes me fulfilled. Being able to capture it myself makes me happy to see those beautiful arts of nature!

This is a long, nice, and clean road. It’s a reminder of what we should aim for in life. Long life, pleasant attitude, and clean heart.
The calming view of this mountain is a great way to freshen up our bodies after long hours of travel.
These tall pine trees are very helpful in the environment of Baguio City as it gives shade, helps purify the air, and hold the soil to avoid erosion during the rainy season.


The cotton-looking clouds that embrace the sky give comfort to people who stare at it. They provide spectacular formations that help us to feel the surrounding magic.

Every summer gives a beautiful story, a lesson to remember, moments to share with your loved ones and most specially countless memories to keep.

Summer used to be fun and enjoyable before the pandemic, and this time it’s quite hard to enjoy everything, but it shouldn’t be a reason to skip the happiness that summer can give you. Just always remember and keep in mind all the necessary health protocols and be able to follow rules in your community or to where you would want to spend summer!

Summer is waving! Here in our country, we only have wet (rainy) and dry (sunny) season, and these coming months would be dry season, which calls for summer! One way to enjoy it is to go out from the house, spend some time in the beach, going downtown, traveling to beautiful places, visiting tourist spots etc.

This warmth is truly irresistible! This is a fun time to explore and experience numerous adventures with the whole family.

If somebody can’t give you that sunshine, maybe you can give it? Avoid being selfish just because you don’t get it. Summer also is a good time to do activities like charity, gift giving or volunteering to organizations which helps the needy.

Always fill your life with love and care, be kind to yourself, enjoy everything as much as you can, you only live once, so live it the most.

Yes, we shouldn’t skip what life can give us and what traveling can offer. There is so much to love with traveling, it’s an activity which brings you closer to nature, and it enables us to see what our heart and souls would really enjoy!

Sometimes because we are too conscious about our skin we tend to skip the call of going out, only to find out that time is running, and we are aging. So don’t limit yourself in exploring beautiful places which will surely give you a remarkable experience that nothing can replace, but of course, it should be within your budget as it requires some amount of money and time.

This board note of a popular pizza restaurant was a good reminder to live life to the fullest.

Meaning you have to give it all, enjoy every moment while it last, have the passion and courage to do what really makes you happy, but always do it with an honest and genuine heart. That’s I think the most needed ingredients in life for you to live the life you ever wanted.

I took this photo because it got something to tell, for the restaurant it’s all about their food or pizza recipes, it deals on how they bake and cook, regarding their ingredients and their mission or vision, maybe.

Before the pandemic, countless customers really prefer to dine here. Not just because the food taste good, but also because the ambiance and crews are also good. Their menu list consists of pastas like spaghetti and carbonara, varieties of drinks to choose from, quick meals like chicken and rice, delightful desserts and of course their popular pizza recipes.

This pizza contains cheese, ham and pineapple tidbits. It really tastes delicious, from the pizza bread to the toppings.

It is compatible with fresh coconut milkshake that hubby bought at the nearby food stall. It’s also a refreshing and a healthier option to pair with your snack compared to sodas.

We also tried this chiffon roll of a Chinese bakeshop. It has peanut butter at the center and flavored with pandan. We ate this at home and what I did was to put more peanut butter on it. It has an option to put your favorite glazed toppings as the cake isn’t too sweet, but if you don’t like additional sweetness it’s alright, this chiffon roll already taste delicious as it is.

The ultimate recipe of life exists within things that oftentimes we neglect to appreciate.
