How do you feel about yourself at the moment? Are you satisfied or regretful? Think about this, we can never get back what is already done, we cannot be sure of what will happen in the future, but we can always make the moment, the most beautiful and fulfilling one. There will always be something which you can be proud of yourself, just learn to recognize it!

When we were young, we had many dreams regarding the profession, job, or the person that we wanted to be in the future. We want to travel, to explore life’s gifts. We want to do this and that, but every so often what we dreamed of turns to be an opposite of what we are today. Sometimes because of this, we tend to have numerous frustrations and insecurities in life. We tend to compare ourselves to other people. But what you have to do now is to forgive yourself to free your mind and heart of any hard emotions you are carrying. Don’t feel broke for the rest of your life, remember that as long as you are alive, there would always be a chance to make it! There will always be a chance to do something which you will be proud of yourself. Bring yourself to life, and help yourself, help that person transform of whom you wanted him or her to be.

Consider these six steps for a better you. YOU CAN make it happen!

  1. You need to verify your emotions, what makes you feel regretful? What makes you hold on these emotions
  2. Once you recognized it, ask this to yourself (why did I fail in this goal or journey?) it will be easier for you to do some sort of repair.
  3. Understand and consider it as a form of life’s lesson- learn from it and try to start over again, start from small and achievable goals, with this you will learn to appreciate small achievements.
  4. Consider avoiding self-criticism- to uplift your morale, avoid being an enemy of yourself. Look into the mirror and tell that person, you are forgiven! Forgive also those people who had something to caused your failures.
  5. Avoid too much guilt and have a positive self. Don’t lose your hope yet, you can still do more! Move on, do not hold it longer- it won’t do any good if you indulge too much attention to what was already done.
  6. Now that you already recognized what’s wrong, next time when you are on your way to another goal or ambition, you already know what to avoid in the process.

Are you the type of person that is always worrying about what will come or will happen tomorrow? Maybe some of you already have heard about this phrase. “Just take it one day at a time”. This phrase, teaches us to enjoy each day by not worrying of what will happen next, to live a happy life each day and to be able to enjoy the moment.

Here are some friendly notes that would help you achieve this daily:

ONE DAY AT A TIME“.

  • Offer yourself relaxation techniques- (such as deep breathing, meditation and yoga) to relax your mind, body, and spirit.
  • Never allow yourself to indulge in too much worrying- it’s normal to feel this emotion, but it should easily disappear, and you should be able to handle it without stressing too much.
  • Energized your body- feed your body with fruits and vegetables. They are nutrient rich foods that would help your system to cheer up.
  • Deal with your problems responsibly, you have to accept it that no one will be going to do it apart from yourself, find a solution and always be calm in dealing with it.
  • Aim for achievable goals- do not do things which are beyond your expectations. Just focus on the things you know you can achieve to avoid frustration.
  • Yes to a happy day ahead!- keep this in mind as it will motivate you to keep going and be productive all day long.
  • Accept advice and support from the right people- some people are there ready to help you, appreciate and be thankful for their positive intentions.
  • Time is important- time spent today will never come back again. So, what you have to do is to use it wisely on the things that are most valuable to you.
  • Accept responsibility- we have daily responsibilities. What we need to do is to accept it and be optimistic about it.
  • The power of praising yourself- never end a day without praising yourself for a job well done.
  • Inculcate in your mind the virtue of patience- this is a challenge that we have to fulfill daily, some of us are always rushing to see results which makes us uncomfortable and brings worries and frustrations in our head.
  • Maintain positive life- being positive and having a cheerful outlook in life is significant because it lightens our daily loads.
  • Enhance your capability and thinking- read more, search more and do your best!

First, the reason I wrote this post, is to recognize and appreciate the efforts of all those hands who are there helping us to feed our stomach daily, they are the FARMERS. A simple thanked you or any word of gratitude will lighten up the difficulties and struggles that they are experiencing today about farming.

Generally, farmers are the skeletal force of agriculture. They are essential in our society because they are the ones who produced and will produce all those vegetables, fruits, and grains. Which we all need to survive, to nourish our body and not just the food itself, they also provide us raw materials which are needed to make numerous products that are essential to us human beings. Rice is staple food to a large human population in the world and specially in Asian countries. It is an important grain regarding human nutrition, food intake and for life’s sustainability.

Farmers are the backbone of a country’s economy and the stewards of the land because they help to protect and use it for good. They contribute a lot in this sector. They work hard even under the heat of the sun just to bring those foods that we enjoy eating every day. So, do we really need to help them in return? YES! But how? Here are some simple ways on how we can help our FARMERS:

  • Find locally produced products in your area and choose to buy these products.
  • Avoid cheap price negotiations please, if you know it’s worth the price, and you like it, just buy!
  • Respect them, all human beings need this, respect them just like respecting any higher positions, jobs, or professions out there.
  • Make them realize their worth, help them recognize that it is a fulfilling job because they’re able to help all of us through their farming.
  • Enhance their capability, if you are knowledgeable or have something to share for their improvement, help them and choose to share it free or without any costs.
  • Realize and feel it by heart what they really need, they need positive feedbacks and creative ideas to support their work.
  • Stop stressing our farmers! They are already stressed about their personal lives. Do not utter words which could hurt them emotionally.

Additionally, locally grown foods are very beneficial to the nature and environment because great farmers ensure to use only the chemicals and fertilizers into minimum, they really take good care of their grown products naturally. I believed that their voices should be heard because they put countless sweats, efforts, and long time of work hours in this noble job. They need support about right pricing, respect, innovation, and technologies. They all need these to sustain and continue their local businesses!

Are you in loved? Brokenhearted? Searching for someone? Smiling or crying because of somebody? Well, just think of this, “Love should never hurt you”. You already found that true love when you are in a satisfying relationship, meaning you are happy and contented having each other.

There was a belief that someone is already out there, destined for us. Do you believe in what they called destiny? For some, they believed that we are the one making and finding it. Do you agree? Whatever it is, you will know and feel it when it’s already what they say “the one”.

How to achieve a fulfilling and healthy relationship? Consider these “COUPLE GOALS” tips.

  • Complete trust- it is a very essential component of a healthy relationship. Without it, you cannot build one. Trust means you commit to the person by words and deeds. You believed in him/her, and it is comfortable and safe for you to be with that person.
  • One and only- means you must be faithful, commit yourself to your partner. Cheating by words, thoughts, and actions aren’t in your preference. You choose to focus on your relationship.
  • Understanding your partner’s emotions- having a substantial amount of respect on his/her feelings is necessary. Respect and listen to what he/she is saying before talking, consider the opinion of each other.
  • Pray together- you are meant to be soulmates. In order for these two souls to bind forever, it should be nourished with God’s guidance and protection.

  • Eliminate jealousy- because it may kill your relationship and always watch your words, choose to talk and fix everything if a problem or a misunderstanding occurs.
  • Gift from God- a precious gift that should be taken care of, a lifetime gift that you are excited to open every day.
  • Offer open arms- when things are tough, give him/her a hug, this ensures that he/she is not alone whatever challenges you have in life.
  • A love with a genuine honesty — telling the truth and leaving no lies or hidden agendas under your head. Be open to what you feel.

Never leave a gap between the two of you (but of course you may want to eliminate obsessing your partner, just the right amount for it to work). Specially, if you are far from each other. Nowadays, there are many people who are suffering from stress, depression and mental disorders. Mainly because of the fast-paced environment, emotional regrets, life disappointments, hatred, jealousy, anger, comparison and so much more. These are some reasons why we easily feel the emptiness and brokenness within.

One way of preventing this is to have time for yourself, setting a few minutes to an hour every day for a “time alone” isn’t selfish.

You will also get there, just trust yourself.
